- This Excel based tool allows one to perform robust CPU related forecasts and predictive analysis. The workbook contains six worksheets to guide you through the entire forecasting process; from loading the raw data, cleansing the data, creating the forecast model (basic and *calibrated*), validating both models, and doing two types of forecasts; showing you where your system currently sits on the response time curve and performing workload related what if forecasts. The worksheets includes both graphs and numerics to help in the learning process. The worksheet was not created with beginner forecaster in mind, but I'm hoping with the step-by-step worksheets and the MANY notes I have throughout the workbook will help make it easier.
