|All non-training sales are final. When selecting a shipping option we recommend choosing an option with some type of delivery confirmation or tracking. This is always clearly shown when you select a shipping option. If you choose a non-delivery confirmation or a non-tracking shipping option, OraPub will not accept responsibility if the item is not received. Upon request, OraPub will provide shipping details whenever possible.
Damaged goods can be returned for a full refund. Simply contact OraPub (please include your order number and details).
OraPub's training refund policy is simple. You have two basic options. One, save the registration for a later course offering. This is what 99% of our students do. Two, receive a refund less a 10% administrative fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

When you order a physical item and it's time to select a shipping method, OraPub ensures you will only be presented with an OraPub, Inc. supported option. If you desire a different shipping or delivery method, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.|
